Chief Technology Officer

Developing the engineering organization and a marketplace analytics platform.

Responsibilities

A team of over 30 people: leadership, hiring, and organization.
Architecture, infrastructure, budget, and technical priorities.
Development and release processes, working with the business.

Outcome

Together with the team: growth to 40–50 releases per month and a 50+ TB data migration without downtime.

Optimacros

August 2024 — June 2025

Frontend Team Lead

Building the component library and design system function from scratch.

Responsibilities

A team of three developers and a designer: hiring, one-to-ones, development, and planning.
Internal product ownership, library architecture, code reviews, and design reviews.
Storybook, Figma design tokens, a monorepo, builds, and package publishing.

Outcome

Built a team and a library of 40+ components with documentation, themes, and a package release process.

Fullstack Team Lead

End-to-end development of a multi-brand e-gaming platform, from architecture to release.

Responsibilities

Frontend and backend team leadership, hiring, planning, and working with the business and partners.
Multi-tenant NestJS architecture, GraphQL, tenant isolation, feature configuration, and theming.
Hands-on development, code review, WebSocket/RxJS events, Sentry, and Grafana.

Outcome

Reduced frontend download size by 30%; built modular backend architecture and configurable support for multiple brands.

SberTech

August 2022 — March 2023

Senior Frontend Developer

Internal communications platform for Sber employees.

Responsibilities

Chat features in React and TypeScript, including Sber Jazz calling integration.
WebSocket and RxJS event flows, editor components, and user journeys.
Refactoring, bug fixes, and collaboration with cross-functional product teams.

Outcome

Integrated calling into the chat interface and developed enterprise communications features.

Oasis Web Studio

March — August 2022

Mid-level Frontend Developer

Independent development of a CRM frontend.

Responsibilities

Sole frontend developer: architecture, React/TypeScript interfaces, Redux, and API integration.
Build configuration, ESLint and Stylelint standards, and deployment preparation.
Fullstack contributions using Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL.

Outcome

Built the CRM frontend from scratch and took it through deployment.

November 2020 — March 2022

Frontend Developer / Junior+ Fullstack Developer

Full-cycle development of an HR application.

Responsibilities

Node.js and Express API, PostgreSQL architecture, and a React and TypeScript interface.
Requirements gathering with HR and product owners, and collaboration with DevOps.

Outcome

Independently built an HR application, connecting its backend, database, and interface.

5i Logistics

June 2019 — November 2020

Frontend Developer / Junior Fullstack Developer

A logistics application for orders, payments, and calculations.

Responsibilities

Development from scratch: business logic, API, data architecture, and user interface.
Order management, payment processing, logistics calculations, and delivery tracking.

Outcome

Independently built a shared platform for logistics operations.

Entrepreneurship

Building ventures of my own.

POSUTI

Founder · End-to-end development

A service for audio and video transcription, notes, and template-based structured outputs.

Responsibilities

Independent development of the entire frontend and backend.
Building the Python speech recognition service and integrating output processing.

Outcome

The product is live in production.

StroyMegaMarket

Co-founder / CTO

Building a marketplace for construction materials with a storefront, seller workspaces, and business procurement.

Responsibilities

Hiring the engineering team.
Developing the frontend and backend from scratch.

Outcome

Together with the team, brought the product to its MVP launch.
