03 / How I work

Technology is part of a bigger picture.

01

Start with the business

Understand the problem the product solves. Set technical priorities with outcomes, budgets, and constraints in mind.

Owned technology strategy and budget at Marpla.

02

Build the team

Connect hiring, ownership, and clear processes. Create the conditions for people to take their work through to completion.

Built a team of three developers and a designer at Optimacros.

03

Design for reliability

Consider architecture alongside operations. Changes must support the product’s continuity and protect its data.

50+ TB migrated without downtime at Marpla.

04

Take it to release

Build the path from a task to a working product. Use automation and testing to help the team release consistently.

From 2–3 to 40–50 releases per month at Marpla.

04 / AI in practice

Bringing AI into teams and products.

I use AI in software development, engineering management, and everyday tasks. I keep learning new tools and bring useful approaches to the teams I work with.

At Marpla, I moved the entire team to Codex. This helped double the volume of completed work, as tracked through our Scrumban process.

My own product

I independently built and launched POSUTI, a service that turns audio and video into transcripts, notes, and meeting summaries. I developed the entire service, from the interface to backend processing and Python speech recognition.

How I built POSUTI

Daily practice

I regularly use AI for work and personal tasks, experiment with new approaches, and continue to build my skills in this area.

Tools I use

  • Codex
  • ChatGPT
  • Cursor
  • OpenClaw

05 / Technical expertise

Still hands-on.

Close to the implementation details. Speaking the same language as the team.

Frontend

ReactTypeScript

The Optimacros design system, CRM interfaces, and SberTech’s communications platform.

Backend

Node.jsNestJS

A multi-tenant NestJS platform and APIs for HR and logistics applications.

Data

PostgreSQLMongoDBClickHouseRedisRabbitMQ

06 / About me

Where technology, product, and business meet.

My experience brings together engineering, team leadership, and entrepreneurship. I have grown from building frontend and backend systems myself to leading an engineering team. I remain hands-on and connect technical decisions with product and business needs.

I have personally launched products from scratch, from marketplaces to AI applications. That experience helps me see the value for users and the business behind a technical task.
